This information is used to process your order, deliver your tickets, send essential event updates, and, if you choose to opt in, keep you informed about future events and promotions.

Your personal data is securely processed by our ticketing provider (Tickets Tailor) and payment processor (Stripe), both of whom are fully compliant with data protection regulations. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

You are in control of your data. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly. If you would like to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data, please contact us at beyondthebeats7gmail.com.

PROJECT T – Terms & Conditions

  1. Definitions 

In these Terms & Conditions (the "Conditions"), the following terms apply:

  • "Event" means the event for which you have purchased a ticket. 
  • "Promoter," "we," "us," and "our" refers to Project T and any associated partners or promoters organizing the Event. 
  • "You" and "your" refer to the ticket holder. 

Your purchase of a valid ticket and entry into the Event constitutes your acceptance of these Conditions.

2 Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to attend the Event. Valid ID may be required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you cannot provide valid identification upon request.

3 Ticket Purchase, Transfers, and Refunds

3.1 Ticket Sales Are Final: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless specified below. No exchanges or transfers will be allowed unless expressly permitted by Project T

.

3.2 Event Cancellation:

  • Major Cancellation: A full cancellation of the Event. In this case, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation announcement. 
  • Partial Cancellation: If only part of the Event is cancelled (e.g., one day or some performances), you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the proportionate value of the tickets. 
  • Material Alterations: Project T reserves the right to make changes to the Event, such as changes in performers, schedules, or venue adjustments. These changes may not be considered grounds for a refund. 
  • Special Exception: Refunds may also be offered at Project T discretion in special circumstances, not covered under the above scenarios. 

3.3 Refund Process: If the Event is cancelled or materially altered, you must claim your refund within the timeframe provided in the official announcement. No refunds will be issued outside this window.

3.4 Non-Transferability of Tickets: Tickets are personal, revocable licenses. They cannot be resold or transferred without prior written approval from Project T, subject to applicable UK laws. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket voiding.

3.5 Fraudulent Purchases: If you obtain a ticket fraudulently, your ticket will be voided, and you will be refused entry to the Event. This includes tickets purchased through unauthorized or secondary marketplaces.

4 Venue and Entry Conditions

4.1 Venue Policies: All attendees must comply with the venue’s policies, including those relating to security, dress codes, prohibited items, and any other venue-specific requirements.

4.2 Right of Admission: Project T reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual for reasons including but not limited to disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or violation of event rules. In these cases, no refund will be issued, and the individual may be banned from future events.

4.3 Security Checks: Attendees may be subject to security checks, including body searches, bag checks, or the use of detection dogs. You must comply with these checks to gain entry.

4.4 Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited at the Event:

  • Illegal drugs or substances 
  • Weapons or dangerous items 
  • Professional camera equipment without prior approval 
  • Large bags (over A4 size) or backpacks 
  • Animals (except guide or hearing dogs) 

Confiscated items will not be returned and will be disposed of after the Event.

5   Behaviour, Safety, and Conduct

5.1 Expected Conduct: All attendees must behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, performers, and volunteers. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

5.2 Harassment or Violence: Harassment, discrimination, or violent behaviour of any kind will lead to immediate removal from the Event. Law enforcement may be involved if necessary.

5.3 Drugs & Intoxication:

  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Attendees found using or in possession of illegal substances will be ejected from the Event and may face legal action. 
  • Alcohol is available at the Event, but excessive consumption or disruptive behaviour due to intoxication will result in removal. 

5.4 Health & Safety: Project T is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all attendees. You must adhere to all safety instructions from staff and follow any health guidelines (e.g., UK government health guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 or any other public health concerns at the time of the event).

6. Liability

6.1  Assumption of Risk: By attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including the potential for injury or loss of personal property.

6.2 Limitations of Liability: Project T, its partners, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss (including loss of personal property) during the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6.3 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Project Tand its affiliates against any claims arising from your actions at the Event.

7  Media, Photography, and Filming

7.1 Consent to Photography: By entering the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes. You waive any rights to these media and understand that Project T may use your image, voice, or likeness.

7.2 Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform staff upon entry. However, please note that some areas of the Event may still capture media for safety or promotional purposes.

7.3 Unauthorized Recording: No unauthorized filming or sound recording is allowed. Unauthorized recordings may be confiscated or destroyed.

8. Personal Property

8.1 Responsibility for Property: You are responsible for your own belongings while attending the Event. Project T is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

8.2 Lost Tickets: Project T will not issue replacements for lost or stolen tickets. Ensure you keep your ticket in a safe place.

9.  Accessibility and Special Needs

9.1 Accessibility: Project T is committed to providing accessibility for attendees with disabilities. If you have specific requirements, please contact us at bookings.projectt@gmail.com at least [30 days] before the Event.

9.2 Assistance: Special assistance will be provided for those requiring it, including designated viewing areas and accessible toilets.

10.  Miscellaneous

10.1 No Unauthorized Trading: Unauthorized trading or the sale of goods at the Event is prohibited.

10.2 Smoking and Vaping: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is not allowed in enclosed public spaces or buildings, including performance areas.

10.3 Official Merchandise: Only official merchandise from authorized sellers will be permitted. Please refrain from purchasing from unauthorized street vendors.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your location].
